Non fishing visitors are permitted for a $1.00 fee. 1 adult visitor per paying adult ticket.

Our rules are in place to protect the property and the fish, as well as to ensure that other guests can enjoy their visit as well. Some rules are in place to help us keep our costs down. This allows us to keep our ticket prices lower for you! Please pick up after yourself, use the trash barrels for all trash and cigarette butts. If we have to pay someone to pick up after each guest, that cost will eventually be passed on, so please take responsibility for your fishing spot!
LAKE MONROE RULES:
ALL FISH ARE CATCH AND RELEASE EXCEPT CHANNEL CATS AND BULLHEADS.
2. All fish to be weighed must be brought to the bait house in a net or fishing bag.
3. All music and noise must be kept to a minimum.
4. Fires permitted in burn barrels only.
5. Please help us keep costs low by putting your trash in the barrels!
6. Empty propane bottles should be placed in dumpster or left on ground.
7. No swimming or wading.
8. No pets in bait house. All pets must remain on leash at all times. Pets that create excessive noise or disturb other patrons are not permitted.
9. Two poles per adult ticket or one per child ticket, unless the use of extra poles has been purchased. This includes bait poles.
10. Anyone destrying lake property, including shelters, picnic tables, port-o-lets, fish, etc, will be prosecuted.
11. Please check -in with baithouse prior to leaving with channels & bullheads to help us track our stock so we can reorder fish deliveries in a timely manner.
12. No alcohol permitted on lake property.
13. No stainless steel or coated hooks permitted. They will kill our fish. No spider wire. No lures.
14. No treble hooks except up to size 6. No trolling allowed with treble hooks.
15. Holidays & Holiday weekends: No free tickets accepted.
16. No trot lines, no throw nets, no minnow traps.
17. No snagging of fish.
18. Please observe 50% rule.
19. 10 ft of bank space per person.
20. Everyone on the lake must have a ticket.
21. If lake rules are broken, your ticket will be terminated and you will be asked to leave the property immediately.
